Today we talk about what kind of mindset it takes to approach the day so that when it's time to go to bed, we can reflect back and be darn inspired by how much we thrived.
What i'm talking about is having the mindset of gratitude. Now, I know you hear about this a lot, especially if you're a self-help junkie, but maybe you've never heard about it from an energetic standpoint.

Ron's quoteable's throughout the episodes
"Why not choose to say “I have power and I can change the world. I can be responsible with that power and intentionality.”
"Leaders fear being found our that they’re imperfect. Your humanity, your imperfection, your fallibility is your greatest asset and greatest source of credibility."
"Leaders have to appreciate that the IMPOSTER syndrome has a cost to other people."
"Millennials were the generation raised with the message "you can change the world."
"If you dig up underneath behind what's the driven-ness to advance? It's really the driven-ness for impact— NOT FOR SUCCESS."
"The good leaders are the ones who realize “the more I know, the more I don’t know” They begin their day with I don’t know. They solicit feedback. How can I serve you better? "
"You can spend the rest of your life singing to your hairbrush, but why wouldn’t you want the real thing? "
"Some of the best chapters of our lives don’t have titles until a little later. Most of us put the pen down rather than say I’m gonna co-create my story."

We have a special guest!
It's one of my favorite times of the day where I get to sit down, tune out, and tune into the microphone to share Soul Talks with you on what is sitting in the seat of my heart.
Are you a nurturer, giver and someone that truly cares about others at heart? If so, you might be prone to be what I like to call a "story adopter".
When you adopt other peoples stories and you begin to live it in sacrifice of yourself- it is not called love, it is called a disservice.
In this episode, we talk about the struggle of stories that we hold on to that do not belong to us and how it causes a strain in our relationships with the people that we love, and more importantly, with ourselves.
I share with you my own experience with adopting someone's story.
That someone is my mom, someone who was considered a leftover after the Vietnam War.
Follow me through the journey of what it looks like to be a story adopter, the burden that it places on our backs, how it affects our relationships and how we can change that to make room for self-care, self-love and self-mastery.
Learn how you can begin to honor yourself by taking a listen to this episode.
