Welcome back !
In this episode, we talk about abundance and why it's a universal requirement that we rise up past our money beliefs to serve. I interview Harriette Hale, a certified soul, money and mindset coach. A serial entrepreneur with ten years experience and six businesses, Harriette has a global clientele base of creative and spiritual freelancers, fellow entrepreneurs and individuals on the path to self growth and ascension. Her teaching & coaching stems from principles based in Universal Energy Law, first inspired by the well known ‘Law Of Attraction’ ideology, with an equal precedent in practical business.

As a dancer, singer / songwriter, green tea addict, aspiring yogi, and manifesting maverick, Harriette prides herself on her down to earth nature, relatibility and uncanny gift to simply ‘make it happen’.

In this interview:

-She takes us through a journey on who she was before her globally recognized Money Mindset System.
-How she overcame losing all of her assets in one night
-Her views on debt and breaks it down to an energetic level
-How powerful it is when you make a decision
-The right and responsibility that we were all born with and what does that mean?

She also answers some of your questions about money in relationships, debt and tells us what she thinks about savings.

She’s shared much on this podcast that she has never shared before and I cannot wait for you to tune in.

"The only way that I could get out of fear was to DECIDE that I no longer subscribe to it. IT was make or break. My only alternative was to survive."

"Decision is extremely powerful. The word itself means to cut off. When you decide it means to cut off anything that no longer serves you."

"People don’t make decisions because their not ready to pull out of something. People think they want something but they don’t truly decide that thats what they’re going to have."

"You have a right and a responsibility to abundance"

"The true law and the true intention of our position on planet birth is that we have a right."

"It's not a choice, it's a right. It's not a decision, it's a responsibility."

"Our service cannot be fulfilled unless we are supported by universal abundance and by universal abundance, I mean money."

It's one of my favorite times of the day where I get to sit down, tune out, and tune into the microphone to share Soul Talks with you on what is sitting in the seat of my heart.

Are you a nurturer, giver and someone that truly cares about others at heart? If so, you might be prone to be what I like to call a "story adopter".

When you adopt other peoples stories and you begin to live it in sacrifice of yourself- it is not called love, it is called a disservice.

In this episode, we talk about the struggle of stories that we hold on to that do not belong to us and how it causes a strain in our relationships with the people that we love, and more importantly, with ourselves.

I share with you my own experience with adopting someone's story.

That someone is my mom, someone who was considered a leftover after the Vietnam War.

Follow me through the journey of what it looks like to be a story adopter, the burden that it places on our backs, how it affects our relationships and how we can change that to make room for self-care, self-love and self-mastery.

Learn how you can begin to honor yourself by taking a listen to this episode.

So maybe you've heard about meditation on tv, in songs, from your friends or all over the internet. You might be imagining a bald monk with his eyes closed sitting inside of a cave or you might think that in order to meditate, you must be still and somehow all of your thoughts, worries and fears will melt away.
How would you feel if I say we scratch all of that?

In this episode, we feature a guest named Alex Dent, an energy healer and meditation guru who shares his personal perspective on the path to meditation and we have an insightful conversation on what meditation truly is; an ancient technique that allows you to dis-cover your truest Self which is ultimately, love, liberty and happiness.
In this episode, we talk about
  • What the journey to meditation looks like in the perspective of our guest
  • The difference between ego or lower self and Higher self
  • Having direct experience with the truth
  • We answer that question of "What am I gonna do with my life?"
  • Unlearning everything we've learned
  • What it means to "sin"

Quotes from Alex Dent within this episode:
"Give yourself the opportunity to allow the Self within to transform you to be yourself."

"The most conscience definition of what it means to be yourself is something that happens literally though meditation."

"When you meditate, you are giving yourself the opportunity to interact with the world purely from the inside out."

"When you have sacred knowledge and choose not to use it, the Universe can be unkind."

"The Higher self is everything you are and not all in one. It is perfect, intelligence, order and chaos, everything that has been created, sustained or destroyed, remembered or forgotten. How it actualizes in manifested form and there is always balance that has a specific purpose."

"When you are in tuned with your Higher Self, it all becomes accessible through meditation."

"When you allow the Higher Self to blossom more within you, it allows you to answer questions of finding your purpose. Your purpose in life isn’t to do this or to be this but more so, to have a greater sense of what your purpose is in every moment and every day."

You go along for the ride.

"It's about staying in tune with our bodies. Yet we’re so in tune with what the media tells us what we should look like, that we are disconnected from what we are and what we need to be."
